JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.

2. Performs minor maintenance on machine interiors and exteriors, including such functions as electrical soldering, replacing lights, etc.

3. Maintains visual aesthetics of slot machines and video monitors by cleaning slot reels, glass fronts, display signs, and other preventative maintenance tasks

4. Notifies slot shop personnel of any machine malfunctions.

5. Assist with slot machine installs, conversions, and other projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Elementary electrical skills, ability to read wiring diagrams and ability to utilize volt-ohm meters.
Effective communication skills.

Must be able to identify problem areas and make all necessary repairs to machines.
Requires ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as all levels of employees.
Must be able to use all repair equipment required of the position.
Must be able to review and comprehend wiring diagrams.
These skills are typically acquired through prior related experience or two months' on-the-job training.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
