The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for expediting all incoming calls in a timely and accurate manner, monitoring fire alarms, and responding to emergency situations, as well as handling guest messages, wake-up calls, and telephone billings.
Job Requirements:
Ability to speak English.Effective written and verbal communication skills required.These skills are typically acquired through acquired through two months of on-the-job training. Prior PBX experience helpful, but is not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
